Marcegaglia Oskar develops and manufactures metal handles and steel tube components for a wide range of applications including house cleaning tools, painting tools for DIY, household products, furniture and gardening.
From its sales office and manufacturing plant located in Mezzolara di Budrio (Bologna, Italy), Marcegaglia Oskar’s deals with customers worldwide and distributes its products to Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Mediterranean area.
The Quality Management System of Marcegaglia Oskar is certified ISO 9001:2015 by RINA.
Based on a strong know-how in the processing of small thickness welded tubes from cold-rolled strip and full hard strip with inline cut-to-lenght, Marcegaglia Oskar has established production partnerships with key players in each of its reference market sectors, developing the most effective solutions to optimize their manufacturing processes: from tubes to accessories, down to the packaging of finished products ready to use.
The manufacturing of special tubes for these applications is integrated into Marcegaglia steel production chain: guaranteed and controlled quality, from raw material through all the subsequent steps down to the end product.
Manufacturing is located in Mezzolara di Budrio (Bologna, Italy) on an overall surface of 10,000 sqm equipped with:
- 4 tube mills
- 3 powder painting lines
- 1 plastic coating lines
- 25 metal handle assembly machines
